BATman Makes an Appearance at
Barry Bonds' Home Run Bambino
Record Breaking #715!

Well, actually yours truly.
We talk a lot about doing things offbeat, fun. SF Giants hitter Barry Bonds was poised to break Babe Ruth's homerun record May 28th,
at home.
So we thought it
would be great fun
to catch tthe game
from McCovey Cove,
right outside the
stadium - and make
an appearance as BATman just as
Bonds took
the plate!
Sure enough - he hit a homer and the stadium went crazy!

Girls came from surrounding boats and kayaks to take pictures with me - I walked away with several phone numbers, without asking.

Why?
Because I had the guts to do something fun, and a little crazy.
I didn't do it for the sake of meeting girls...
that was just a great little by-product.

Take a chance - do something silly, and offbeat.
When you're in the moment, you'll never know where it'll take things!

Greetings from the Road.
I've been on the road a lot the last few months, making stops along the way, getting to know people in fun and interesting places.
Wanted to note some of those highlights here, along with a few pics...
Well first, there's 'The Hub,' in Rialto, California. Perhaps a half hour or so West of Palm Springs.
Found this little out-of-the-way cocktail lounge off the I-10, looking to break up the trip. It was there I made friends with the staff, entertaining them with ice breaking and palm readings for drinks.
On my second trip they invited me to jam with the houseband!

They always ask me when I'll be coming back through town.
Very fun, charming in an old school sort of way. And some incredibly pretty, sassy women to boot!
Then there's 'The Bear Pit,' just north of LA, off I-405, before the I-210 loop.
It's like a place from a another time - but man the food and women there are really, really terrific. Suprisingly great, on both counts.
The first time I was there my waitress wasn't too friendly - but that all changed with my ice breaker.
I made them laugh, asked me to do it several times, reset the vibe, and it's all good.
Last, on this little entry, would be Anderson's 'Pea Soup' Restaurant.
You see wilted billboards for this place all along the I-5 corridor along from LA to San Francisco.

Lots of older folk hit this place - but the waitress staff here are quite lovely as well.
Good food, and a nice place to catch a break before the final leg into the Bay area.
I guess the lessons from these trips is that you can never gauge a vibe, before you engage.
I've broken the ice in so many different contexts, so many different environments, and so well that I know where I can take things, to 'reset the vibe' if you will. It feels like I can see the future - that's how strong my reality has become. That's a really powerful skill to have.

If you haven't seen it yet, take a moment to check out the quick little 'video montage' we've put together of me in action, breaking the ice at several public functions. You'll see what I mean!
