Why this Stuff Matters.
We've put alot of emphasis on offering up some of the most unique, distinctive male clothing and accessories on StraightRazr.com.
Perhaps it would be helpful to explain in a detailed way why they are so important to have in building attraction with women.
Mary Batten best explains their importance in her book, "Sexual Strategies: How Females Choose Their Mates":
"Darwin theorized that a process he called sexual selection also influenced evolution. He spelled this out in more detail in The Descent of Man, and Selection in Relation to
Sex, which appeared in 1871.
In this book, Darwin observed that certain male physical traits that seemed largely ornamental, such as the male peacock's elaborate fantail and other birds' "combs, wattles,
protuberances, horns, air-distended sacs, top knots, naked shafts, plumes and lengthened feathers gracefully springing up from all parts of the body," couldn't be explained by
natural selection.
Some of these ornamental appendages, which Darwin called secondary sexual characteristics, might actually hinder survival, either by making males more conspicuous to predators or
so clumsy as to impede escape.
Such appendges seemed contradictory to the proces of natural selection, but Darwin recognized their value for another reason--courtship.
Sexual selection, wrote Darwin, "is in itself an extremely comlex affair, depending, as it does, on ardour in love, courage, and the rivalry of the males, and on the powers of
perception, taste, and will of the female."
Darwin suggested that secondary sexual characteristics evolved because females found them attractive and repeatedly selected the males possessing them.
As he described it, sexual selection comprised (1) male-male competition, as intrasexual selection, which favors "the power to conquer other males in battle"; and (2) female
choice, or intersexual selection, favoring "the male's power to charm females." "
Well said, Darwin. (And Ms. Batten.)
I know of naturals out there, teaching men in field workshops, that actually call the process of ornamentation "Peacocking," an indirect reference to this concept.
Put another way:
Men of all stripes are attracted to women who are dolled up, or at least put together well. Make-up, sexy shoes, etc.
Wouldn't it make sense to you that similar accoutrements would have the same effect on women?
Yes men and women are different; but not all THAT different.
Other lifestyle programs might talk about the importance of 'looking great.'
We give you an actual place online to get things that will absolutely make you look great.
